On Thursday May 17th, Hot Springs High School Football team and the City of T or C will collaborate to clean up trash and debris in the area between Chevron Gas Station and Citizen Bank on North Date Street. The group will begin at 2:30 PM and finish by 4PM.
Volunteers are welcome, and trash bags and gloves will be provided.
The collaboration is supported by New Mexico Clean and Beautiful, a state program with a mission to inspire and educate people to take action everyday that improves and beautifies their community environment.
The city led a previous cleanup on December 9th in the downtown area, and two more cleanups are pending.
