The brewery in downtown T or C and the local high school football team are partnering on a cleanup of the downtown area on Saturday, April 6th at 9AM in front of the brewery (410 N Broadway). Volunteers are needed, and everyone is welcome.
The partnership came about after a friendly conversation in the brewery between Coach Daniel Terrazas and the brewery’s John Masterson.
Masterson said, “We’re both passionate about improving our community and this seemed like an terrific way to leverage the commitment to service that Coach Terrazas instills in his players.”
Also contributing to the effort is the City of Truth or Consequences, which is providing trash bags, gloves, and high-visibility safety vests for volunteers.
Volunteers are invited to bring brooms, dustpans, shovels, etc and join the effort. “Kick-off” is at 9AM Saturday April 6th in front of the brewery, 410 N Broadway in downtown T or C.
